📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Canada:

2–3 Day Delivery (Standard)

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

  • Cost: $27.99 CAD flat rate
    (We cover part of the cost to keep shipping affordable for you.)

Express Shipping (Optional)

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

  • Cost varies by location and will be shown at checkout.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada and US only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

🔐 Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking information.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

💥 Damaged or Broken Items

Your Disappear Plate replacement glass is packaged securely, but if it arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours at support@disappearplate.ca

  2. Include your order number + a photo of the damage
    We will gladly send a free replacement.

Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons, but we will always do our best to assist you and keep you updated.
